Personal Statement
I want to play college basketball because it has always been a dream of mine since I began to play the sport as a kid. College basketball was something I always watched growing up and something I wanted to do too, if I got the opportunity.
I love the game and the way it is played. I love the fact that not one offensive or defensive possession is ever the same. I love being able to work and practice hard in this sport in order to better specific skills. I love the complexity but simplicity that the game offers as well.
One thing that sets me apart from others is my ability to contribute both offensively and devensively. I am a three level scorer with solid percentages, I am able to play solid defense, and I am a leader on and off the court amongst other skills as well. I can bring my consistent work ethic, my scoring mentality, and my ability to be a positive leader. My goal is to play basketball at the DII or DIII level.
